I am writing this letter to recommend the services of Allaboutstudents.co.uk.
My recommendation comes from my own personal experience working with them on a recruitment
project in November 2005.
During the latter half of last year, I was the director of Russell Investment Group's London-based 2006
graduate recruitment initiative within the firm's Investment Management & Research group. During this
appointment, I maintained my responsibilities as the lead analyst in the firm's global currency manager
research effort. Given the constraints on our recruitment process (we hoped to offer positions to graduates
in January 2006) and my other duties, I was keen to quickly and efficiently identify exceptional candidates.
Allaboutstudents.co.uk offered their services and submitted a set of 10 CVs for review. I can speak for
myself and the broader recruitment committee when I say that we were quite satisfied with the candidates they sourced for our firm. Their roster of candidates all met our fundamental criteria on education and
interest in the financial markets, but we were pleasantly surprised to see the breadth of interest and
experience of the candidate group. A number of Russell associates who were involved in previous recruitment

recruitment agencies.
Importantly, Mr. Adebiyi of Allaboutstudents.co.uk remained in regular contact with me regarding my satisfaction with the candidate list.
All of my queries were answered promptly, and Mr. Adebiyi quickly provided me with any further requests.
We interviewed near all of the candidates submitted by Allaboutstudents.co.uk, with one of the candidates eventually hired
into the Investment Management and Research group. We are quite pleased with the performance and quality of this
candidate's work. We have continued to refer to the remaining list of candidates sourced by Allaboutstudents.co.uk for
subsequent recruiting efforts.
While I am proud of the broad recognition I have received within Russell for my work
with the 2005 graduate recruitment drive and the quality of the candidates sourced, I am happy to admit that Allaboutstudents.co.uk deserve most of the credit for this outcome. I was quite pleased with my experience with their
firm and will recommend them to my firm again next year.
